I’m now in level 6! That means that I have 6 stacks of gardening things.

These plants are doing great! Oh! there’s one with a plant growing on both sides. It’s a wweeiirrrddd plant, like the one that died. This plant didn’t die yet. It grew from a bean.
OK, these are big kids. Don’t mess with them! Big kids means that these are big plants! I think they’ll be ready on Halloowwweeeeennnnnn. I mean my pumpkins. I think I’ll grow 10 pumpkins! That’s a lot of pumpkins for Halloween and even pumpkin muffins! And pumpkin pie!
Ok, here is my pumpkin muffin recipe:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 fifteen oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Step 1. Heat oven to 350F
Step 2. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bag
Step 3. Mix all wet ingredients in a big bowl
Step 4. Stir all dry ingredients into wet ingredients in big bowl.
Step 5. Put batter in cupcake tin (with liners!)
Step 6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
Step 7. Eat!
That’s an awesome pumpkin recipe! I hope that you make it! Keep an eye because Halloween has pumpkin monsters! They could eat your pumpkin, or your pumpkin muffins!
